Missing ressources (images, buttons) in groups admin UI

Create a site
Create 1 user
Create 1 group
Select the group
Click on "edit group properties"
First problem : two missing images for selecting / unselecting all members
Click on the button "add user"
Pop-up wondow appears
Second problem : same missing resources
Third problem : no buttons at the bottom but links. must be replaced by buttons
to stay consistent
