Manage site languages - Languages mappings do not work

Jahia Administration --> Site Settings --> Manage Languages --> click on "Edit
languages mapping" button (screenshot-1.jpg) leads to a screen, where I can not
do anything (screenshot-2.jpg).
Perhaps we can remove "Language mappings" if they do not work?
