Because jahia-gwt-engines-resources.css shouldn't have been included in the
templates in the first place, I guess.
This is due to the filemanagement gwt component inclusion within the general
entrypoint (for media gallery).
We have to create a new entry point to have better separation between modules
(just like the layoutmanager entrypoint).
