I have two lang (FR and EN). FR is a mandatory lang. I created a section with
one page in FR only, another page in EN only and a final one in both lang
(sharing titles).
When opening the workflow manager, there is no check on the transalation of all
mandatory language. So I can select a page in EN only and not translated in FR
while FR is a mandatory lang. This should not be possible.
