We should make some tests with the various browser by trying to access large
volume smb external drives with various browsers.
With my old FF2 I am trying to access to a file located on incoming/. The
opening of the file picker is taking several minutes. I have several times the
javascript alerts (in copy) in order to ask to continue or not. My CPU is at
100%.
If we decide to stop supporting FF2 for such performance reasons, we should
also clearly ask the sales guyes and indicate it on our web site.
