Could we have one single version of the language switcher UI component?
Currently we have a flat version in the File manager (for instance) and a
drop-down menu in the toolbar. In order to gain room, I think we could only
keep one single dorp-down language switcher component.
If we extend it to manage more options (similar to the language switcher tag
which can display a lot more options - cf TCK template about it), the webmaster
should then have a way to decide how he wants to display the languages "flags"
(flat list vs drop-down, with or without flags, etc...).
For the beta, let's try to unify everything under a single drop-down menu with
flags. And let's ensure (check with Régis) if we have flags for the most
frequently used languages (or at least the 6 languages we officially support
aka EN, DE, FR, P, I, ES)
