Integrity checks: delete a page which is cross-reference in a big text: could
we label the name of the cross-referenced big text from a more "self-spaking"
manner
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JAHIA-3987
URL: http://www.jahia.net/jira/browse/JAHIA-3987
Project: Jahia Web Content Management Server (WCMS)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Edition Pop-ups / Engines
Affects Versions: WCM 6.0 Beta
Environment: 23802
Reporter: Stephane Croisier
Assignee: Thomas Draier
Fix For: WCM 6.0 (Andromeda)
Attachments: screenshot-1.jpg
I made a link in a big text to another page. When trying to delete this
"another" page, I am getting an integrity checks (ok).
The name of the "guilty container" is not really selpf speaking. Here again
could we rather use a label or a (default) display name for such "shortcuts"?
It would be great to unify they way we can call such "display names" troughout
all the Jahia UI. We are using some for the distinct workflow in the workflow
engine for instance. So it could be quite nice if the same "display name" is
used in the delete engine too.
I do not know what was planned for that in the CND in order to determine which
is the default value for a container or if we plan to introduce an optionla
"display name" variable for containers (could be by default if empty the name
of the selected default field as specified in the CND or if nothing specified
the name of the first field... or something similar).
Just to be sure that everybody will then use such a variable throughout all the
jahia UI.
