Currently all license term are under the Jahia Ltd company (= Jahia SA).
A merger of Jahia Solutions Group SA and Jahia SA is perhaps planned for the
near future. We should envision the consequences in term of copyright
assignment for all license disclaimers, license terms and other footers.
BTW: IMHO Jahia Solutions Group SA can not use for the moment the Inc. or Ltd.
extension. This would require some modifications of status. Moreover this is
not clear if we want to rename Jahia Solutions Group SA as Jahia SA (with
complement for Jahia AG, Jahian Ltd or Jahia Inc as Swiss law allows it).
