At first sight the restrictions look repetitive.
My suggestion: Show by default only the two top restrictions cause they are
different.
So either we show only the 2 first ones with the possibility to add more if
needed as shown one the SC2, or we show all, but make the selected condition
on the list different each time as show on the SC3. If the last case, there is
one restriction missing.
