Add a new Mashup Manager in the default toolbar
The Mashup Manager should only open the tri-panel with the portlet view. No
other "file repository" should be listed.
A new Workflow toolbar should be added as the default toolbar will be too large
by default on 1024x768 especially in FR or DE.
