Installation: First "Please loading Screen" is not using the same styles

It now works better when installaing Jahia the first time with an IE browser
already opened.
However the "oplease waiting" screen is clearly a (very old) UI which does not
fit at all with the existing style sheets.
Please unify with the current CSS (or check with Klem, David and Régis) BEFORE
the beta release. Thx
