Beta: please hide the import/mashup/Global section in the file manager
(excepted for root perhaps)

In order to ease end-user understanding of the file manager, could we hide by
default the Portlet repository of the Global repository. (and in the case of
the file picker, the import repository.
Brefily speaking all these "system" directories should have a role (display
hidden system directories or similar) in the admin center setup by default to
root/site admins.
A standard user should not be distrubed by such system directories when
managing or selecting a file.
