ACL sub-engine: no inherited ACL displayed on containers

When editing an ACL at a ctn level we do not see any more the list of all
inherited ACL values. So impossible to copy a current ACL in order to restrict
certain permissions for a user
(e.g steven which has RWA on the page should only have R on this container).
