Long overdue!!! I have heard a ton of people complain about the difference
between the released versions and the dev code.

Please respond to
jmeter-dev
I added a routine to convert
files saved in previous JMeter versions to the new code changes I
introduced
yesterday. I'll commit it later today.
Also, I'd like to make a release soon since there's a lot of new really
useful stuff in JMeter. Is there anything people feel a need to finish
before we do a release (I'm referring to new features)?
Otherwise, we should probably do some testing and come up with a list of
bugs/issues to address before a release. There are a few bugs in the
jakarta bug database that should be addressed.
Do ya'll agree it's time to start thinking about a release?
