Actually, the proxy server did originally name the UrlConfig elements it 
created with the Path attribute.  I changed things to use Web Test 
controllers, but didn't keep that bit of functionality accidentally.  I'll 
add it back in.  

It looks like I won't be committing again until tomorrow, even though I've 
fixed a few bugs and made changes based on people's suggestions today.  Hope 
you're all the patient sort :-)
