I pieced together some changes that will allow us to compile--though I can't
vouch for stability. Basically, I created the missing classes (with really
simple implementations) and altered the one class to correctly implement the
missing interface. I assume that you are working on those pieces though.

I'm already a committer on Avalon and Cocoon... which takes up alot of my time.
The changes I am making are for hire--so I don't know if I can keep up after that.
(Although there are some enhancements I would like to implement if I can find
spare time--which is difficult to come by).
