Hi,

Ok, here's my +1 for Scott.

Also, it'd be great if people share what they are working on with the
those interested. E.g. I've always been interested in measuring EJB
performance. There's someone else working on it so I'm hesitant to
work on the same thing 'cos one of us will be end up wasting our
effort. We can prevent this scenario if we coordinate our efforts
and to do this we need to communicate. I've been guilty of that
myself.

Here's what I'm doing now :
1. I intend to get the JMeter Proxy Server to work through an ISP
proxy. Currently, when redirecting my browser to the JMeter Proxy
Server, my browser always get '503 Gateway Timeout'. People have
been telling me that it works for them but they don't have to go
through ISP proxy.

2. For measuring EJB performance, I've been (for quite some time
already) trying to get Sun's ECPerf package (a standard package that
all Application Server developers use to benchmark their servers) to
work on my JBoss-Tomcat server. This will give me a better idea on
how I can write JMeter to measure EJB performance.

I once wanted to write something to measure JNDI lookup but Scott
told me he's working on that so I left that alone. Any thing else up
your sleeve Scott?

Just my $0.02. Thanks.

Vote this thing out. You have two +1's now, right? I assume Michael
and
Berin. You have other committers, right? Keep going...
