The patches in the attached file implement a suffix component to the HTTP
Parameter Mask modifier. It also repairs the following two bugs that would
have prevented HTML Parameter Mask from functioning correctly in the first
place:

1. Field Name was not being retrieved properly from saved test cases
2. When the TestElement was created, mask.resetValue() was not being invoked
and hence the HTTP Parameter Mask was behaving as if lower bound was set to
0.

I have tested the changes by using a pair of HTML Parameter Masks that use a
lower bound of 1 to provide the username and password in a test script.

I've been banging my head against cvs but I still can't get it to connect to
the server correctly to allow me to produce unidiffs. I can connect
successfully through IDEA, but this doesn't cater for unidiff.

Cheers,

Scott
