http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11426 change to user parameter modifier Summary: change to user parameter modifier Product: JMeter Version: Nightly (Please specify date) Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: Other Component: Main AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] The user parameter modifier uses an XML file to hold values. It's kind of clumsy and a pain. Why not a gui to hold values, and also allow explicit assignment of values to particular threads (rather than the current round-robin technique). Further, these values could be given names to allow users to indicate where they are to be used similar to the way user-defined variables are used. It's possible I'll just make this part of the ThreadGroup GUI to allow users to create thread-specific values usable throughout the test. I believe such a thing would enable everything that the current User Parameter Modifier does -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
