Hello
For me pure edit box is fully sufficient. It solves ${var} problem and solves
HTTPRequestDefaults problems. I think it's much more obvious that "B"
solution and equally obvious to current "checkbox" solution. For ease of use
there may be a combo box with list "http" and "https" and user can enter his
own value.
