This is a JVM issue, not a JMeter one.

To get rid of these messages, you just need to run JMeter as root once (no need
to do anything, just start it up). It will display the following message:

INFO: Created system preferences directory in /etc/.java/.systemPrefs

You can now stop JMeter. You'll never get these errors again.

Closing this as INVALID.
