It may be that we want to look at each naming instance independently. For instance, maybe the current 'ThreadGroup' could be renamed 'Session Definition' (or whatever), but 'number of threads' would be renamed 'number of users'. In which case, I might be inclined to name the 'ThreadGroup' as 'Test Case', since that more accurately captures the fact that a ThreadGroup defines a test case.
