You pretty much got it. Here's a test scenario that I
would use this in: I have recorded the http for
creating an account, which has an account type that I
set to a variable ${acnt_type}. All of this sits in a
simple controller in my workbench. In my thread group
I have several of these "pointer" controllers pointing
to this create account controller, each of which has
its own config element that sets the value of
${acnt_type} for each pointer to create account. The
advantage is, is that if I need to change create
account, I change it in just one place, not have to
rerecord and copy/paste it all over the place (if
copy/paste was working).

So, what I would need for this is a callback function
to get a list of all of the controllers in the
workbench to generate a drop-down list for the user to
choose where to point control to. Any suggestions?
