I haven't seen much information about writing user documentation, but I don't really know where to look. I've added a couple of minor features, and I'd like to tell the user community about them somehow.
There are a number of XML files in the build tree under the usermanual directory. I tried looking at them and thought to myself, "Eeeee, I don't know how to write that. I'm not sure I want to learn." Is there a relatively painless way to add stuff to the user manual? Also, I'm curious about how the XML is transformed into HTML.
