The new JavaScript function sounds like it will be a great thing. I'm sure the user community will like it.
Could somebody explain how to use the new JavaScript function? Let's assume that I know very little about JavaScript. ;^) Here are a few of the things I am curious about: Do I have to download a particular JavaScript implementation from somewhere? Do I need to set up particular environment variables in a certain way (analagous to JAVA_HOME)? Am I restricted to calling built-in JavaScript functions? If I can write my own functions, do they need to be in a particular place? A brief example would also be nice.
