http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17249 JMeter should indicate resource constraint problems Summary: JMeter should indicate resource constraint problems Product: JMeter Version: 1.8.1 Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows 9x Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Main AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Another feature request please... JMeter doesn't indicate when a test cannot be conducted due to client resource constraint issues. For example; when a low spec machine gets so short of memory or CPU that a request is not submitted on schedule. In those instances it would be helpful to indicate that the client side machine was overloaded and the load needs to be relieved. Even better; if this could be predictive (ie, as you develop your test case, a warning is given that the test exceeds the capability of the machine). For example "Warning: Your machine is not capable of submitting 10,000,000 requests/sec reliably." --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
