Redirect does not preserve port number

It's more complicated than this.  If the redirect URL is relative, then the
original port is preserved.  If the redirect URL is absolute, then the port of
the absolute URL is used.  If no port number is specified in the absolute URL,
then 80 is assumed.  Who's fault is this - JMeter's, or the apps?  Hard to say,
but I'm going to reject this bug at this time.
