"HTTP Request Sampler | Parameters | Include Equals" is broken

It won't go away if you have a value for the argument because turning off the
equals sign is only valid when an argument has a name and no value.  This works
perfectly for me and I always see the equals sign between the name and value of
my arguments.  Could you be more specific about a scenario you can use to
recreate this problem, preferably outlining all your steps from jmeter startup
to problem recreation.
