I uploaded the code to CVS a week or so ago, so it should be in the current nightly builds.
[I've not tried them, as I use Eclipse to maintain my own builds.] I tried it briefly the other day, and it seemed to work in the limited tests I did. Errors are reported to the log only at present which is a bit awkward ... and it needs some documentation and examples. I'm happy to update component_reference if someone else can supply the appropriate text (ideally as diff -u patches, but plain text will do.).
