Regular expression extractor does not work when jmeter is used in command line

Summary: Regular expression extractor does not work when jmeter
                    is used in command line
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 1.9.1
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

When launching jmeter in commandline, the RegExp extractor does not extract the
value and does not put it in a variable that can be used next. The tests
needing this variable fail.
This works in the GUI mode
