There are now quite a few unused directory trees in the JMeter CVS, viz: docs src_1
and src/org There are no files in any of these directory trees (apart from in the Attic, of course). I would like to propose that we ask Infrastructure to remove at least some of these, as they can slow up synchronisation, and can be confusing. The down-side is that any history in these directories would be permanently lost. I can't see this as being a problem for docs/api (Javadoc), nor do I think it would cause a problem for the rest of the docs tree, as the images and demos are now all back in xdocs, and the rest of the contents was generated from xdocs. I'm not so sure about the other directories - do they need to be kept for their history? Getting rid of docs or even just docs/api would be a good start...
