Hmmmm... good question. In any case, I think the bug is fixed -- it very 
specifically requeste it to be used in JMeterUtils.getSearchPaths(). If 
there's any problem, it's another bug yet to be reported :-)

But since getSearchPaths() does not include lib, I guess search_paths serves a different purpose - whatever that may be ...
