I guess I need to check if the zips are still produced if the build fails.

If so, I'll try and change things so they are not created - we should not be
creating zips for failed builds ...

I think this might be due to missing mail.jar and 
activation.jar.  I forget how the build works now, but it might 
be the sampler isn't built if those jar files are missing. 
Since ANT won't be able to build if those jar files are missing.

Peter - Thanks - the Dec 29 CVS didn't have the webservices sampler, but
the 1.9.1. stable release has an alpha version of your webservices
sampler.
