http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=28630 Painfully slow proxy server recording Summary: Painfully slow proxy server recording Product: JMeter Version: 2.0.0 Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows XP Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: HTTP AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] This "bug" has been noticed on XP, and 2K platforms on versions from 1.8 to the most recent nightly builds. I can not isolate the problem to a specific network configuration at our end or if the problem exists within the Jmeter framework. Without the proxy server I get page responses in 2-3 seconds, but with the proxy in place I have to wait up to 6 minutes between clicks. This is starting to hamper my career now. A long time ago I had a proxy server running and recording just fine. It was about 4-6 seconds per page (double without times), but unfortuneatly those early versions of Jmeter were pretty barebones. Help and/or a solution would be greatly appreciated. PS. Badboy captures information quickly, but it missing 1/2 the required tags and values, if that helps with trying to troubleshoot. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
