I've also just checked the latest nightly build and its still broken. I'll attach a very simple test to reproduce the problem. The test should simply get http://localhost/ 10 times when it runs. The test has a 10 second duration specified. If you modify the start time to a value more than 10 seconds in the future the test will only execute one GET, not the 10 that it should.
