In Eclipse one can exclude files/directories from the build. However,
this is not dynamic - it has to be changed in the project properties.

Rather than delete them when they are not needed, I tend to add a
dummy letter to each exclude path so that it no longer has any effect.
It's then easier to re-enable the exclude.

Dunno if JBuilder supports excludes or not.

Another option is to rename the files to (say) .javax.
