I looked for new changes from 2.0 to merge to head - there were none.
I formatted ALL the code to basic Java Standard. checked that in.
Pretty big check in.
Then, I created branch "rel-2-1". This is where the release candidate
should come from. When we make the release, we should first tag
("rel-2-1RC1" or something similar), then build it and dist it. Let's
try to keep this branch for bug fixes only, doing enhancement work in
HEAD, and hopefully do a 2.2 or 3.0 release before Christmas time.
