Looks like JMeter now runs OK under 1.3, though I have not tested
https properly.

There are some problems building under 1.3 - ConfigurationTree throws
up some ambiguous references and htmlparser causes compiler message
faults (I think this is caused by non-ASCII characters in comments).

I think fixing the 1.3 build problems should be left for a later
release (if ever).

I've created a new nightly build (2-1.20050922)
