Sorry for the long delay.

I've just been doing some work on CookieManager, and I did find a
problem with the handling of the default path - according to the
Netscape "spec" it is the same as the document path, but according to
RFC2109 it is the path up to, but not including, the trailing slash.

Would that apply to your situation?
