I testet recording a test plan using the patched proxy server now. I also attached a "View Results Tree" listener to the proxy server. I see that the browser/proxy has trouble sending the "multipart/form-data". I think this is because the "http headers" sent to the web server says "Content-Type: multipart/form-data;", while in fact the proxy is currently always sending HTTP Post "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded" request. I'll look more into this now, because I guess you are not able to record much of a plan without having that fixed.
