Changing the request to be a GET ensures the headers and cookies set by previous pages are sent correctly. If Redirect Automatically is unchecked and Follow Redirects is checked instead, the headers and cookies are also sent correctly. The rest of this description is the request and response headers that show the cookies and headers aren't being sent (captured with Charles).
