I'm thinking of releasing JMeter 2.3.1 soon. Quite a few improvements and bug fixes have been added since 2,3.
Not as many as we had hoped or planned in: http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-jmeter/FutureReleases - but enough I think to make it worth a release. Any objections?
