__time() function does not work when remote start of test plan
I create a simple test plan with one thread and a simple data writer listener.
I added the path of where i want the simple data writer to create the log.
Example:  C:\temp\log-${__time()}.log
You will need at least one valid ip address running jmeter-server.bat.
Click RUN -- Remote Start -- Ip address or RUN -- Remote Start All
and the log file name displays: C:\temp\log-${__time()}.log
This is the actual name of the log file. The time stamp is not working at
this point.
If you do a regular RUN -- Start it works fine and adds the time stamp.
