There are several problems with the code as provided.

It does not use standard package names.

The headers include Copyright statements from the original authors;
the authors need to either remove them or give permission from them to
be removed.

The "package-info.java" files should be package.html files in HTML format.

I don't know if the code works or needs updating for the current code base.

Also, there's no documentation. This needs to be written before the
code can be included with JMeter. It would be helpful to have some in
a suitable format for inclusion in
xdocs/usermanual/component_reference.xml (screenshots can be done
later once the code has been built).
