Will,
I added some fixes to the code that I needed before I could use it so I
fixed this as well in the code when I recompiled it.
There are a couple places where they add ine returns when writing the
XML out (/n's). If you open and save several times you will notice it
adding them on each time. It is easy to correct in the code if you want
to fix it and recompile it.

Subject: Saving/Opening.........
Hi,
I'm new to using jmeter. I've created a test-plan for an on-line
ordering website that we are developing which seems to run very well.
The only problem is that the save/open functionality doesn't seem to be
working. I am running v1.6 on windows NT. When I save my test plan a
.jmx file is created but only rarely opens. When it does spaces and
lines are added which prevents the thread-group from running.
After trawling through some emails to this site I've noticed that others
have had the same problem. I'm a bit confused as to whether I need to
download a XML parser, as I have set my classpath to pick-up xerces.jar
as well as jmeter. Is there any fix? Please excuse my relative lack of
know how!!
Regards
Will Whitaker.
