Heh - way ahead of you here. Apache's ORO package is in JMeter's lib, and
I've already written code that extracts links from html strings and matches
them with test sample input (containing regex's). I've started work on
extracting forms for the same purpose. Assertions are coming up on my list
of things to do, which is what you're getting at. I have about a month
scheduled at work to add various new features into JMeter for our purposes.
Dynamic test sample generation, proxy recording support, and assertion
testing are all on the list of things to add. Come the end of August, I
expect to have all this done.
