I can't seem to get the server and client working together (Jmeter 1.7beta2). Here's what I did:
On server (solaris 8): export classpath=/path/to/ApacheJMeter.jar rmiregistry & ./jmeter-server Then on client (win2k): - added IP address of server to jmeter.properties - ran jmeter.bat The client starts up and I have start and stop buttons for my server's IP address but when I start it waits a long period of time but doesn't actually start testing. When I stop it, it takes an equally long period of time to stop. While the client is generating messages in root.log the server hasn't logged anything to any log file. What am I missing?
