The best thing to do is create an archive and attach it to an enhancement
request at Jakarta's bugzilla:

http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi?product=JMeter

You'll have to create a login for yourself, but that's easy to do.

Subject: New base-classes

Hi!

I've been testing jMeter (1.7b3) for a couple of days and have coded new
base-classes (extending AbstractGenerativeController, LogicController,
AbstractConfigElement etc.) which made my (and my co-workers') work much
easier.
I am willing to provide them (with source) to the jMeter project, but how do
I do that?
Mail them to this list? Mail them to the developer list?
