Mauricio - I don't think that you can determine this directly from within JMeter. However, you could write a servlet that determines the amount of memory in use (using calls like Runtime.getRuntime().totalMemory()) and returns this information in the servlet output. You can then call this servlet from JMeter to get the memory information you need.
