Of course there are bugs existing. You can find a list of them at the Bug-Page accessible via the JMeter-homepage. But since some bugs are eliminated in recent nightly builds not all bugs of the unstable 1.7.3-release are listed. But "unstable" is really good-working, not as unstable as it sounds.
